Consumer information
Your rights when booking services with us in New Zealand
This page summarises how New Zealand consumer law applies to fitness break programmes supplied by Luminousboost. It is a summary only; the law itself prevails if there is any conflict.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, fit for purpose, completed within a reasonable time, and match their description. Remedies may include re-supply or refund in accordance with the Act.
Fair Trading Act 1986
We must not mislead consumers about what we offer, pricing, or availability. Marketing and website content are prepared to be accurate and substantiated.
Pricing and quotes
All fees are quoted in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. GST is shown on tax invoices where we are GST-registered. A written quote is provided before you commit to paid services beyond an agreed pilot.
Cancellations and refunds
See our Cancellation Policy for notice periods, rescheduling, and refund processing times.
Complaints
Email callme@luminousboost.world with your name, booking reference, and concern. We aim to acknowledge within two business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact the Commerce Commission New Zealand or seek independent advice.
Business customers
If you acquire services for business purposes, some consumer guarantees may not apply where the Act permits. Contract terms will be confirmed in writing.
